2007在中壢跨年~
 
沒有擠進人群中~
 
而是在附近的咖啡廳~
 
走出店門口...看的到煙火..

 


沒有台北101的壯觀美麗

 

在...5-4-3-2-1...新年快樂...後

 
依然感覺的到跨年的氣氛...
 
 
煙火過後~
 
爆炸聲把將2006尾巴送走...迎接著2007的開頭...
 
 

06也許工作中有不同的壓力...

 

07要調整後出發...

 
 
06有快樂~有悲傷~有渾渾噩噩~有停滯不前的各式各樣的自己...
 
07的到來也許因為這些的自己~而有所成長?
 
 
06的增重...在年底實現...爆重3公斤...= =+
 
07的期許...期望在8月完成...

人潮散去...
 
咖啡廳突然客人增加...
 
燃燒煙火後的激情...
 
坐著緩和一下也是不錯...
 
不過哈啦了快2個小時...嘴巴很痠...也是該閃人時...= =
 
在要回家時~聽到李聖傑在台上演唱~就是不錯聽說...想不到會到中壢.呵~
 
 
 
(P.S.為什麼會去咖啡廳?因為SOGO前廣場人太多~所以往人少地方...又不小心看到咖啡廳店員好像還OK...2個人就坐了進去.. 這理由應該OK吧...= =)

脂肪肝，顧名思義就是肝臟中囤積過多的脂肪，正常肝臟中脂肪含量應小於肝
臟總重的5%，如果超過5%就可稱為脂肪肝。引起脂肪肝的原因，包括肥胖及
長期酗酒等。
根據肝病基金會對9000個上班族做的超音波檢查，發現脂肪肝比率高達43%。美
國的研究調查顯示，四分之一到五分之一的成年人有非酒精性脂肪肝的問題，
這些患者中更有高達80%的人肝指數上升，這類問題在日本及義大利也有相同趨勢。
近年研究發現，非酒精性脂肪肝患者約20%-30%會進展成肝纖維化等不可逆的肝
臟傷害，最後甚至引起肝硬化及肝癌等問題，因此脂肪肝對肝臟的危害，實在
值得重視。
肥胖引起的脂肪肝，最有效的治療方法為生活型態的改變，包括飲食控制及運
動，以達到減肥的目的，使體重維持在理想範圍內。
預防及治療脂肪肝的飲食要訣如下：
1.維持理想體重或減肥
肥胖者應改變生活型態及減肥，採均衡且低熱量的飲食原則，減少油脂及精製糖
的攝取，並增加纖維質的攝取量。但要特別注意的是避免不當減肥方式，如快速
減重法及長時間持久性的節食法。因為快速減重及長時間持久性的節食，反而會
增加肝臟對脂肪酸的攝取。
2.增加抗氧化食物的攝取
包括維生素E、維生素C、類胡蘿蔔素等營養素。
3.益生菌的攝取
細菌過度生長也是造成非酒精性脂肪肝的病因，因此建議患者平日適量攝取益生
菌，以降低體內發炎反應，減少對肝臟的傷害。
4.預防及控制高血糖及高血脂症
控制飲食（如有需要，可搭配降血糖及降血脂藥物使用），避免高血糖及高血脂
的形成。已有糖尿病或高血脂症的患者，一定要控制血糖及血脂在正常範圍內。
5. 避免飲酒
6. 適度運動

頭在燒~
因為這次是
今年個人覺得感冒
有感覺發熱狀態的一次...
直接說起來就是號稱今年除了犁田外...
頭最熱的一次...
頭在燒~
最近看完一本書
雖然說不出感覺...
但看完的感覺很奇怪?
是因為我都睡前看嗎...也沒做惡夢呀...(擦汗....)
頭在燒~
今天居然叫一個病人~
站在店門外~拿著號碼牌等了快一小時半
而且已經把晚餐吃完後~才出現...
(4人桌上有4碗丼飯~個只有一個人在吃....= =)
不過最後是吃很飽啦...

走的路對不對自己都不是很清楚~
很茫然~
二種不一樣的東西...
也許造就出來不一樣的結果...
雖然選擇題的答案有很多個...
但~我希望我自己能先選擇開始...

健走秘訣


1.抬下巴，眼睛直視前方，挺胸、肩膀放鬆垂下。


2.手臂放鬆，手掌成杯狀，手肘微彎曲呈85-90度。


3.收小腹，直背，臀部提高，收緊骨盆。


4.讓手自然的前後擺動，但不要高過肩膀。


5.膝蓋放鬆，朝向前方，前腳先放腳跟，避免內外八字步。


6.後腳向前移動，腳指最後離地。
